First of all … Don’t believe those ads that say Lasik $599 each eye. That doesn’t include follow up visits and sometimes not even the initial consultation. You get what you pay for. Go to a vision clinic and expect to pay $2000. That’s a lot of money and when it is done on teens it sometimes doesn’t last. Try to make it to 18 before getting it done.

Really depends. I have seen them as cheap as 1000USD and as high as 5000USD.

I paid 4500USD becase the guy that did it Dr Silver at TLC eye care centers is one of the top guys in the field.

Remember they are your eyes, if there is one thing you should not try to save money on is a Lasik procedure.

Surgery can cost 300 (yes, three hundred bucks) per eye but I would NEVER use that doctor. Normally 1500-2000 per eye is normal. Also, just like buying a car, there are add on’s you can buy like wavefront laser, blade free laser, PRK, etc.
